Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
A: Please RSVP by 1st June 2026 so we can finalise our guest count and details with our vendors.

Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A: We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Q: Are kids welcome?
A: We adore your little ones! However, we're only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Q: Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
A: The ceremony and reception will take place indoors however there will be parts of the day spent outside and on grass.

Q: Where can I find toilets and baby-changing facilities?
A: Toilets and baby-changing facilities at Prittlewell Priory are located opposite the main entrance in the Visitor Centre. At Rochford Hundred, accessible toilets are available just off the main function room.

Q: How do I get to the venue? Is parking available?
A: The wedding will take place at two separate venues. The ceremony venue is located at
Prittlewell Priory, Priory Park, Victoria Avenue, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, SS2 6NB. While there is parking, it is very limited and shared with other park users, please allow plenty of time and consider this when travelling. Prittlewell train station is nearby if needed. 

The reception venue is located at Rochford Hundred Golf Club, Hall Road, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS4 1NW. There is plenty of parking onsite. It is also just a short walk from Rochford train station which shares the same train line as Prittlewell.

Q: What if I have dietary requirements?
A: Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Do you have a wedding registry?
A: 
Instead of traditional gifts, we’d appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund.

​

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
A: We kindly request an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. Our photographer will capture it all and we’ll happily share the photos afterwards!

​

Q: What hashtag should we use for photos?
A: Hold off posting until we share ours first! Then tag your pics #BabbsolutelyInLove so we can all relive the fun together.
